A record, not a camera roll

Your photos need context months from now.

A photo alone rarely explains which room it belongs to, whether it was taken at move-in, or what happened next.

RentSeal keeps the original file connected to its room, timestamp, damage note, issue and rental history.

How it works

Six simple steps. One rental record.

  1. 01Capture

Take clear photos room by room.

  2. 02Seal

Finish a record without rewriting its history.

  3. 03Store

Keep evidence, issues and documents together.

  4. 04Share

Give a recipient limited, read-only link.

  5. 05Track

Follow issues and activity over the tenancy.

  6. 06Compare

Match move-out views to the originals.

Move in

Stand in a room and start taking photos.

Open a room, use the camera or choose several photos from your gallery, add a damage note when useful, and keep going.

  • Camera opens directly on supported phones
  • Gallery supports existing photos
  • Room progress stays visible

During the rental

Problems do not only happen on move-in day.

Keep issue photos, landlord contact and repair updates in one chronological record without changing what was recorded earlier.

  • Open and resolved issue views
  • Photos attached to the right event
  • A meaningful rental timeline
Move out

Return to the same angle.

Ghost Camera places the move-in reference over your current view. Align fixed room features, capture, then inspect the before-and-after pair.

  • Adjustable reference opacity
  • Original and current files preserved
  • Touch-friendly comparison divider
